Welcome to Vybout (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vybout mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Vybout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


1. About Vybout

Vybout is a platform that facilitates real-world social and activity-based interactions by connecting users with hosts or companions for experiences such as walks, coffee meets, events, or hobbies.

Vybout does not provide companionship services directly and is not responsible for offline interactions between users.


2. Eligibility

To use Vybout, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.


3. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to access core features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another user
  • Engage in illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities
  • Misrepresent identity, age, or intent
  • Use the Platform for dating, escorting, or unlawful purposes
  • Share explicit, misleading, or offensive content
  • Bypass payments or transact outside the Platform

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.


5. Bookings & Activities

  • Activities listed on Vybout are created and hosted by independent users.
  • Vybout only facilitates discovery, booking, and communication.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any activity.

Users participate in activities at their own discretion and risk.


6. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Platform fees or commissions may apply and will be shown before booking.
  • Vybout does not store sensitive payment information.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Failure to attend a booked activity may result in no refund.


8. Safety & Verification

  • Certain users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC).
  • Verification does not guarantee behavior, intent, or reliability.
  • Users are advised to meet in public places and follow safety guidelines.

Vybout is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or dispute arising from offline interactions.


9. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, branding, logos, and software belong to Vybout.
  • Users grant Vybout a limited, non-exclusive license to display content uploaded for platform use.
  • Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines
  • For safety, legal, or operational reasons
  • Without prior notice in serious cases

Users may request account deletion as per our Account Deletion Policy.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Vybout is not responsible for user behavior, offline outcomes, or personal disputes
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vybout harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your interactions with other users
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
